It’s also a means to achieve a better and more sustainable future where nobody is left behind.
Human Capital Development is an investment that consists of knowledge, skills, and health being invested appropriately for potentiality and productivity.
Establishment of America University of Nigeria was Africa’s first development university, offering international undergraduate and graduate programmes, an effective, efficient and sustainable knowledge transferable institutions to build better future for younger generations.
Antecedent is a component of history, Atiku is a visionary defender, talent discoverer. His philosophy on Youths Development is capital intensive. He is one of the Political VIPs that has a calculated means of growing the younger generation.
Political will is when a political actor is willingly committing precious time, energy, funds accepted by people to achieve a specific change. Political Will is important for effective and sustainable management reforms. It’s also a characteristics to drive a robust private sector, good administrative governance, transparent and efficient partnership that leads to National Integrity.
Lack of political will in the present administration both in the government and their party affairs is responsible for National database estimated that one out of every six out of school children worldwide is a Nigerian.
Consequently, ranking of Nigeria as 39th out of 54 Africa Countries in overall Governance and Nigeria hunger level ranked 103 out of 121 Countries is a reflection of lack of “Political Will”.
To overcome this National, Social, Economic development misconceptions and political rascality in 2023, Nigerians need a President that is mentally and physically alerted, accepted by Nigerians, a bridge building President, a President that has diplomatic relationships to negotiate our foreign debts.
Development is around Economical, Ecological and Human Capital Investments. Economic Development is a program, policy that seeks to improve well-being and quality of life Nigerians.
Atiku is one of the biggest employers of labour in Nigeria through his investment on Agribusiness (Farming), Education (Private University), Oil and Gas (Servicing, Logistics and Procurements). He is a private driving personality.
Ecological Development is process of environmental improvement by different Organisms. Primary production, energy, carbon and nutrients flow through food webs, reproductions and decompositions are the processes of Ecological Development.
Atiku position during the inaugural meeting of National Council of shelter belt and Afforestation has shown completely that his administration when elected as president will invest heavily on ecological related matters and appoint round pegs inside round holes in all Federal Government Agencies for appropriate management and supervisions.
