The People’s Democratic Party Stakeholders and party leaders in Ona-Ara Local Government Area has endorse the candidatures of Hon. Windapo Oluwole and Aare Alao Olalekan As Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively for the forthcoming Local government Elections.
The Unanimous decision, TODAY SPLASH Learnt that it was taken after all Stakeholders met at a meeting and reach an agreement that the duo of Hon. Windapo Oluwole and Aare Alao Olalekan are best hands to be saddled with the responsibilities of developing Ona-Ara Local Government in the next phrase of it’s political Dispensation.
The Leaders present at the just meeting that birthed consensus candidates of Ona-Ara Local Government are:
- Baba Jaiye Bankole – First Executive Chairman of Ona-Ara Local Government.
- Hon. Sumbo Owolabi – 2nd Executive Chairman Ona-Ara Local and Former Commissioner. Government
- Hon. Taiwo Ibrahim – Oldest State Honourable in Ona-Ara
- Rt. Hon. Abiodun Fadeyi – Deputy Speaker
- Hon. Taiwo Oke – Longest Serving Council Chairman
- Alfa Kehinde Adeyemo – Former SDP Chairman
- Alh Rasaki Iyiola – Former Labour Party Chairman.
- Alhaji Jimo Dijo – Former Party Vice-Chairman.
- Hon. Wale Ajala – DG GSM 2023 Election.
- Pa Banji Oyadiran – Former Chairman Accord Party.
- Hon. Temitope Ezekiel Otope – DG, Oyo Central.
- Hon. Akinlolu James (Oosa) – Former SA, Egbeda/Ona-Ara Constituency.
