Yoruba rights activist, Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho, has suspended the Yoruba Nation rally which was scheduled to hold in Lagos on Saturday.
Recall that Yoruba Nation agitators had held rallies in different parts of South-West with that of Lagos scheduled for Saturday.
According to punchnews, Igboho who spoke to BBC News Pidgin, stated that the rally in Lagos has been suspended.
This has left some people in shock over the attack on his house today by gunmen.
He said this after a sporadic gunshots at the early hours of Thursday morning around 2AM as gunmen attacked the house of Yoruba Acclaimed Activist, Sunday Igboho.
According to his spokespersons, Mr Koiki Olayomi and Dapo Salami, have confirmed the attack on Chief Sunday Igboho and some people were killed, made away with properties.
Consequently, some notable Nigerians have been speculating that Igboho will suspend his rally in Lagos till further notice.
