The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E. A Adeboye on a live-streamed on Sunday revealed why terrorists can’t lay hold on RCCG members during the ongoing 70th Convention. He stated this at the program on Day 7 ‘Thanksgiving service’ message which was shared to the public.
According to him while making final remarks about the program he said “The most important department that has worked during this program is the ‘Prayer department’. This department has labored so much in place of prayers throughout the convention, that is the reason why God has been able to keep agents of satan away from us. I am sure the bandits know we are meeting, the terrorist knows that we are going to be gathering in millions, and am sure they don’t mean us well. But, because we have men who have tarried in the place of prayers that’s why the enemies could not prevail.”
Prayer is an important way to experience God as the religious believer can communicate with Him. By bringing their problems or every evil agenda of the enemies to God, or asking for forgiveness and help, when they come closer to Him. With this, victory over satan is guaranteed.
