A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party Chief Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka has remarked that the second term of governor Seyi Makinde tagged Omituntun 2.0 will birth unprecedented development in every facet of life in Oyo state.
Ilaka’s remarks were contained in a press statement made available to newsmen in Ibadan this morning.
The former Chief of Staff to governor Makinde stressed that the governor’s performance in Omituntun 1.0 was exemplary and without a doubt his second term will be outstanding.
While again congratulating governor Makinde on his reelection, he expressed his gratitude to the people of Oyo state for keeping faith with the governor for not only taking cognizance of the governor’s performance in Omituntun 1.0 but for also assuring the people that the first term was a tip of the iceberg.
He noted further” I call on the good people of Oyo state to support Engr. Seyi Makinde just as they did in first term as the governor is a visionary leader who is committed to taking Oyo state to greater heights”.
He wished governor a successful second term in Office.
