Hon. Ayoade Akeem has officially resumed office as the Political Head of Aare Latosa Local Council Development Area (LCDA). This milestone follows his appointment by the Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade.
In addition to taking on his new role, Hon. Ayoade Akeem made his first appointments to ensure the smooth running of his administration. Mr. Asiyanbi Akeem Lasisi has been appointed as Special Assistant on Media, and Mr. Yisah Muhammed Bright has been appointed as Personal Assistant.
The appointment, conveyed through an official letter, aligns with the recently approved Guidelines on Administrative Procedure for the conduct of Local Government Councils and Council Development Areas (LCDA) in Oyo State, as sanctioned by His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde. The decision reflects the Extant Provisions of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which outline the duties and responsibilities of local government chairmen.
In his new role, Hon. Ayoade Akeem will be entrusted with the official responsibilities typically held by the Executive Chairman, with direct accountability to Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade. This delegation of duties is intended to enhance administrative efficiency and drive development initiatives within Aare Latosa LCDA.
As he steps into this leadership position, Hon. Ayoade Akeem is poised to bring his experience and commitment to the forefront, working to fulfill the council area’s strategic goals and contribute to the broader progress of Oyo State.
