Former commissioner for Finance,Budget and Planning in Oyo state, Mr. Bimbo Adekanmbi has rolled out over 300 free UTME forms, including registration and scholarship for brilliant and indigent students in all local government areas of Ibadan and Ibarapa.
According to the programme, a successful candidate with the highest UTME score in each of the local government areas in Ibadan and Ibarapa is automatically entitled to a full scholarship to any federal university of his or her choice.
In 2019, Adekanmbi gave out over 200 free UTME forms to brilliant and indigent students within Oyo central district local government areas of the state, successful
indigent students with highest scores in each of the local government of Oyo central after sitting for post-UTME are
currently waiting for admission list from their chosen federal institutions, a step closer to get the promised scholarship.
