The Aseyin of Iseyinland, Oba Dr Salaudeen Adekunle Ajinese and other stakeholders of the ancient community in Iseyin Local Government, Area of Oyo State have outrightly expelled men of Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) from the ancient community, raining curses on those who are alleged informants to the community’s foes.
This was part of outcome of the meeting held today at Aseyin’s palace and presided over by the the monarch.
According to a resident, Ayo Ishola Ogotuntun,”mammoth was the crowd at the just concluded meeting of indigenes and stakeholders of Iseyin. The meeting was presided over by our highly revered kabiesi, Aseyin Of Iseyin, Oba Dr Salaudeen Adekunle Ajinese at Aseyin of Iseyin ‘s Palace”.
“The meeting was well attended, so much that vehicles were parked at the overflow ,around Bola Ige Shopping mall and across the roadside”.
“KABIESI CLEARED THE AIR ON HIS STANCE THAT CUSTOM OFFICERS SHOULD BE 40KM AWAY FROM THE BOARDER AND HE WAS QUOTED AS SAYING ‘ ALL HANDS ARE NOW ON DECK TO SEE TO THE FINAL EXPULSION OF CUSTOM OFFICERS FROM ISEYIN “‘.
“Kabiesi thanked the youths of Iseyin for being repentant and not intractable like some who took laws into their hands during Endsars brouhaha which led to destruction of Government properties and privately owned too”.
“The monarch thanked the people of Iseyin for their calmness as well as the DPO WHO SAID HE WAS HAPPY ON HOW OUR PEOPLE COMPORTED THEMSELVES”.
“The monarch was both piqued and sober over the brutal killing of 5 of his youths on a day of joy that people were celebrating after 30days of fasting and supplication”.
“The meeting ended with some heavy curses cemented on some wolves in sheep skin among indigenes who were reported to be informants. Oluofi, odo ogba, eyinjue and oke ebedi were called during kabiesi ‘s speech on these enemies within”.
“There was no stirring of any hornets nest, the speech was excellent and patriotic”.
“We all went to fadoks hospital where the deposed souls were deposited yesterday”.
