The entire staff of Atiba Local Government today, received the first female Chairman amidst pump and Pageantry in welcoming the Woman of Candour and great value to the office.
Last Week, immediately after the Swearing In at House of Chiefs, Secretariat, Ibadan, the newly elected Chairman, Atiba Local Government, Hon. Mojisola Kafilat OLAKOJO made a brief appearance to the Local Government as first official routine. However, the same last week, the swearing in of Vice Chairman and Councillors also took place within the Council Premises where the Party members stormed the occasion with fun-fare.
Today, it was the turn of the general Staff of Atiba Local Government, where interdenominational prayers and Interactive Meeting centered the stage. After the Prayers, the HLGA of the Local Government, Esv Kunle Ogunsola Welcomed the Executive Chairman, Hon Mojisola Kafilat OLAKOJO to the Royal Council and assured her of maximum cooperation from all members of Staff. He described the Staff of Atiba as partners in progress and dedicated officers, who are ready to join hands with the Politicians to record landmark achievements in this Administration.
He further hinted that, within the shortest days of his interaction with the Chairman, she is an epitome of humility and Versatility. He finally urged all the members of Staff to be steadfast and dedicated to duty in working with a Patriot like this Woman who abandoned affluence and pride to come and serve her fatherland.
In her own remark, Hon. Mojisola Kafilat OLAKOJO who could not hide joy with the show of Love to her by this enthusiastic and pleasant staff of Atiba Local Government, praises God while exchanging pleasantries with them. She preaches Unity, love, peace and dedication to duty to be reflected in their services at work and while doing this, efficiency, productivity and results Oriented Policies will be achieved.
OLAKOJO also assured the staff of better welfare packages in all areas of their needs in terms of prompt payment of allowances, conducive working environment, training and retraining, Housing Opportunities, priority to NULGE request and many others that will touch their lives positively.
On a final note, the HLGA, Sooro LCDA, Prince (Dr) Bayo Atoyebi, eulogized Hon Mojisola Kafilat as a good administrator by virtue of her experience in community relation because all her conduct are very matured and exceptional. He assured her of full cooperation working with her with all members of Staff both Atiba and Sooro LCDA.
