Anything left white will remain the color of the cup so PLEASE ADVISE if you would like your image inverted. It will not be unless it is requested by the customer! Anything stainless with no powder coating will be permanently marked in black. These authentic YETI Ramblers, Tumblers, Lowballs, Colsters and Bottles keep drinks hot or cold for hours! YETI products feature double-wall vacuum insulation with a clear lid for the tumblers, lowballs, and cups and a screw on lid for the water bottles. The tumblers have a narrower bottom to fit most standard cup holders. It is 2X heat & cold resistant compared to a normal travel mug and is BPA and lead free. Ice will last over 24 hours with the lid off! We laser engrave our products which is the correct type of engraving to keep the integrity of the cup. When Ordering: Please note your styling preferences and all pertinent information you would like included in the design in the personalization box provided. If you would like us to use your logo or artwork, please email it to annie@blueridgeengraving.com after you checkout. We prefer png, jpg, cdr, pdf, SVG, and eps formats. Be sure your artwork is at least 300 dpi or higher for best results. We will work up a proof and send a picture for approval before engraving once your order is placed. Please also include the date your item is needed and any other important details. There is a space for notes when you checkout. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC FONTS YOU WOULD LIKE, PLEASE REFER TO THE LAST IMAGE IN THE LISTING AND NOTE IT ALONG WITH YOUR OTHER SPECIFICATIONS Please note that the manufacturer's warranty is voided once the cup is engraved because you are changing the integrety of the cup by engraving it.
