<p>For Swiss roll success, you need a tin as good as this one. Exceptionally non-stick, so it’s easy to remove your delicate sponge ready for rolling, it can also be used as a baking tray.</p><p><strong>Quality</strong></p><p>Our premium quality tin is made from 1mm thick carbon steel. Oven safe up to 240°C, it has no rolled or coated edges so can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.</p><p><strong>Performance</strong></p> <p>There’s no need to worry about your Swiss roll sticking – this tin has been given two layers of professional grade Quantum 2 non-stick so when it comes to releasing your sponge, you can be confident of success. The generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven a doddle, and it can also be used as an ordinary baking tray for all your other baking endeavours.</p> <p><strong>No rolled edges</strong></p> <p>The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat.
