It also works great for carrying a bowl of soup or cereal. I am a support group leader and now most of the members in our group have one also. They also make great gifts for anyone with Cerebellar Ataxia or other movement disorders. However, I had a mission every morning - chase my 5 year-old son to drink water. Because of my Ataxia issue and the problem with coordination by the time I reached him, the water had already spilled, so it became mission impossible. I gave up.  When I got this little tool from (under $20), the first time I used it I was amazed how much it could help (see the video review).
