The Cecile

First brought to America by Frank Meyer around 1910, his namesake fruit, the Meyer lemon, is a hybrid between a traditional lemon and a mandarin orange. In The Seymour, its flavor provides a burst of freshness, as do the citrusy notes of bergamot.
