Use the curved Moon Knife (111/2 long, 71/2 blade) to prepare coconut, watermelon, hard-skinned fruits and meats. Straight-edged Slice Knife (101/2 long, 6 blade) doubles as a chef's knife and cleaver for mincing and paper-thin slicing. Set arrives in a bamboo storage box. Hand wash and dry.
