You can fit one cup of food in the large compartment, two-thirds of a cup in the smaller compartment and another third in the larger dip well. 2 Cups in total. The best part is that, in making the compartments larger, the dip well functionality has also been redesigned to allow easier access.

This bento snack box includes exterior box and 3-compartment tray insert with themed illustrations
Pre-portioned removable illustrated tray. Large food well is 1 and ⅓ cup, small food well is ⅔ cups plus large dip well approx 2 tablespoons
All food-safe materials, BPA-free and phthalates-free. Sturdy ABS (outer box), Tritan (tray) and Silicone (seal)
Dishwasher-safe (top rack only up to 65°C), hand washing the lid is highly recommended to prolong the longevity of the seal
Dimensions in a closed position are approximately 17 x 13 x 4.5 cm and weighs 366g
