This electric griddle features an extra-large cooking surface 19l x 12.5w that is perfect for preparing everything from pancakes for breakfast to vegetables for lunch to steak for dinner. The griddle offers variable heat settings from Keep Warm 176F to 425F. The ceramic cooking surface with titanium enhanced non-stick coating is durable and easy to clean. The griddle is designed with safety in mind; the cooking plate sits inside the body guard to protect against scalding.
