The chairman, in his unrelenting beliefs and unconditional efforts for the development of the council, makes a reasonable dialogue with the nepa on how the restoration of the electricity in the secretariat would be back to it normal state.
Reaching conclusion and solid agreements, the chairman proposed payment of the nepa bill debts for the past 5 years to be installmental, and the payment will be prompt as agreed.
Now, the electricity in the council has been restored after 5 years of black-out.
Through the LG chair, huge financial support was made for restoring the Keso community’s electricity. The Keso community transformer was vandalized over 2 months and has been repaired to it normal state, meaning that the Keso community electricity is now fully resuscitated as well.
