The Oyo state government has launched a recruitment portal for primary school teachers.
The portal, which was announced by Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran, Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (OYOSUBEB), on Tuesday, aims to fill vacancies in public primary schools across the state.
The state government plans to recruit 7,000 teachers and 100 caregivers for public primary schools. The application portal will begin accepting applications at 6:00 p.m. today, June 25, 2024, and will remain open for three weeks, closing on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
After the portal closes, applicants will be shortlisted for a computer-based test, ved by an oral interview for those who the test.
Adeniran urged the public to cooperate the Oyo state government and the Oyo Universal Basic Education Board )SUBEB) and advised applicants to de all required information, as failure + to do so may disqualify them from taking the computer-based test.
