Prince Oluyemisi Adetayo Adeaga has been elected as the next President-General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII).
Adeaga who emerged winner after defeating his arch rival, Waheed Ekun in an intensely contested election.
Prince Adeaga polled a total of 58 votes out of the 93 votes cast while Waheed Ekun on the other hand secured 35 votes.
The new president elect will be taking over from Prince Yemi Soladoye.
Prince Adeaga is a Chartered Accountant (CNA) and an associate of the Chatered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (ICPAN). He is also a board member of Nigerian Red Cross.
Adeaga, a National Resource Mobilization and Management Adviser holds a BSC Degree in Business Administration and MBA (Marketing Option).
