The Executive Chairman of Kajola Local Government, Hon. Mustapha Akeem Olawale, has commended the visionaries and key stakeholders behind the successful realization of the Funato University project in Oke-Ogun, describing their contribution as historic and worthy of eternal gratitude.
In a statement issued from his office, Hon. Mustapha expressed heartfelt appreciation to Distinguished Senator Alhaji Fatai Buhari, Professor Gbadesin, Hon. Shina Oyedeji, and other vital contributors, lauding their relentless efforts and unwavering dedication that brought the long-envisioned project to life.

“These are men who toiled day and night to make this vision a reality. They have written their names in gold — not just for Kajola but for all of Oke-Ogun,” he stated.
The Chairman also extended his appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his leadership and for ensuring that Oke-Ogun was deemed worthy of such a significant educational investment.
“This is a milestone achievement that will forever shape the future of our region. It is our collective pride — we must rise above sentiments and cherish this legacy,” Hon. Mustapha emphasized.
