The earlier postponed state congress of the Oyo State APC has been rescheduled to hold this Saturday, 30th October 2021.
This latest announcement was made public by the Oyo State representative on the National Caretaker and Extra-Ordinary Convention Planning Committee of the APC, Hon. Prince Olaide Akínrẹ̀mí (Jagaban) after the decision was reached by the National Caretaker Committee this afternoon in Abuja.
Hon. Akinremi Jagaban stated that the State Congress Committee will soon be in Oyo State, and the committee members have been instructed to carry all stakeholders along to ensure a smooth congress process.
Hon. Olaide Akínrẹ̀mí conclusively noted that all necessary modalities have been adequately taken care of, to ensure a peaceful and successful election during the congress.
