What seems to be drama continues in Oyo State Chapter of All Progressives Congress(APC) as the Chairman, Nigeria Communication Commission(NCC), Professor Adeolu Akande has been suspended from the party.
Akande’s suspension from the progressive party was coming from his ward 08 in Itesiwaju Local Government, of the state while the duo of the Ward Chairman, Mr Eweje Rasheed Eweniran and the Secretary, Azeez Jimoh approved the suspension letter.
The letter that was issued on November 10, 2021 copied the ranks and files of the party at the national and state levels respectfully.
The letter with its content goes thus:

Dear Sir,
NOTIFICATION OF SUSPENSION FROM APC
The above subject matter refers:
Rising from Emergency Meeting of Ward 8 held at Baptist Primary School ,Otu 10th November, 2021, the entire Executive and Members of our great Ward hereby suspend you from the Ward and by extension, from the Party.
Since your return to the party, you have failed to perform your obligations and you did not for once pay your dues in the Ward and further investigation reveals that you have been saddled with the responsibility to destabilize the party in the state so as to pave way for your original political party come 2023 . You are by implication not a financial member of the party.
Secondly, your activities in recent times is capable of causing disrepute to our Ward and the party by extension. You have brought so much shame to our respected Ward by your anti-party activities.
Your roles in the present crisis rocking the party in the state has caused our Ward a great loss of face among other Wards and they all sum up to the fact that you have fully enmeshed yourself in anti-party activities.
To this end, you have been suspended indefinitely.
