The reappointed Commissioner for Public Work, Infrastructure and Transport, Professor Kehinde Sangodoyin has berated an online report accusing him of poor handling of the Olorunsogo-Akanran road in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
Professor Sangodoyin who was inaugurated this Wednesday urged bloggers to always do their due diligence and proper investigations before putting mischievous and misleading report that lacks logic and common.
He noted that the dualization of Olorunsogo -Akaran road is being handled by local government .
“We shouldn’t have dignified the laughable and illogical report with any response but we need to educate the writer on how to do due diligence in his subsequent reportage.
“This road is handled by Ono Ara local government.
“Up till now, we have not received any complaint from residents .
“The blogger is deficient of facts about the award of the road.
“He alleged that he came to my office and now I am challenging the blogger to tell the people the day he came to my office and I refused to speak on the matter.”
