Ahead of the Zonal congress of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the south west, some selected stakeholders of the party have been invited to a meeting.
Call to meeting message was contained in a released statement signed by Hon. Daisi Akintan Secretary, the South-West Zonal Caretaker Committee.
All invited PDP southwest party stakeholders are to meet on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, 12 noon at Raddisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
Akintan, Zonal Caretaker Committee secretary stated that only members of the South-West Zonal Caucus as stated above are to attend the meeting.

Notice Of Zonal Caucus Meeting
The South-West Zonal Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) invites all critical stakeholders of the party in the zone to an emergency Zonal Caucus Meeting, on
the 2021 Zonal Congress for the purpose of electing Zonal Executive Committee members, and other related matters.
In accordance with Section 27 (1) of our the PDP Constitution, 2017 as amended, those invited to the meeting are:
1. Zonal Chairman of the South-West
2. Zonal Secretary of the South-West
3. All other members of the Zonal Working Committee
4.Former Presidents and Vice Presidents from the one who are still members of the party
6. Former Governors from the zone who are still members of the party
7. Former Deputy Governors from the zone who are still members of the party
8 . Members and former members of the National Executive Committee from the zone
9. Members of the Board of Trustees from the zone
10. Former Zonal Chairmen, Secretaries and members of the Zonal Working Committee who are still members of the party
11. Serving members of the National Assembly from the zone produced by the party
12. Former members of the National Assembly from the zone produced by the party
13. State Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen and Secretaries of the party in the six States of Ondo, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Lagos and Ogun)
14. Serving and former Speakers as well as Deputy Speakers of State Houses of Assembly from the zone who are still members of the party
15. Former Ministers, Secretaries to the Government of the Federation, Ambassadors,
Special Advisers and Senior Special Assistants to the President, Chairmen of Federal Boards and Parastatals from the zone who are still members of the party
16. Three Physically Challenged Persons admitted into the Zonal Caucus by the
Caucus
The party hinted all attendees that activities of the PDP are in strict compliance with the COVID- 19 Guidelines and INEC Policy on COVID-19 as they concern the gathering of people.
