The opposition party in oyo APC had narrated how the chairman disciplinary committee of the Oyo state Park Management System (PMS) Oluomo Mukaila auxilliary led some hoodlums to disrupt the membership registration process going on at Ward 12, unit 5 and 6 at Aliiwo area in Ibadan.
The Publicity Secretary of the APC in the state, Dr Abdulazeez Olatunde , when contacted by newsmen on Wednesday confirmed the incident, adding that such act of hooliganism was not surprising considering the government’s affiliation with such.
Olatunde, while wondering if there was any correlation between their exercise and park management system, accused the park leader of leading hoodlums to distrust their registration exercise.
However, the Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state, Mr Akeem Olatunji, when contacted exonerated the ruling state party from the disruption of the APC registration exercise.
He said the APC should look inward to find those responsible for the disruption rather than blaming the government and the ruling party for it.
