The Nigerian Police have issued a public notice requesting information on the whereabouts of Ayobami Ajileye, wanted in connection with a 2017 LGBTQ rights protest. Authorities allege that Ajileye, now 38, led the demonstration advocating for LGBTQ rights.
According to the official police bulletin, Ajileye is of Yoruba descent from Oyo State. She is described as having a fair complexion, black hair, and black eyes, with no distinctive marks recorded. Her last known address is listed as No. N4/753b Yemetu Alaadorin, Ibadan.
The police urge anyone with information regarding her location to contact the nearest police station or reach out to Iyaganku Police Station at +2347088548264.
