A nursing mother simply identified as Mrs Adenike Samuel and her three-day-old baby have been held over inability to pay a hospital delivery bill of N300,000. The University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State, has admitted that it owes the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company up to N495m, for which reason the teaching hospital was disconnected from public power supply.
