The People’s Democratic Party primary election for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency seat has been postponed TODAY SPLASH authoritatively confirm.
The primary election which was scheduled to hold immediately after the state house of Assembly election could not hold, due to hitches in election materials.
The Returning officer Mr Olawale Aremu announced that it will be illogical and illegal to continue with the process, adding that the consent of all 13 Aspirants were seek before taking the decision.
further Investigation by TODAY SPLASH revealed that a candidate name and picture was missing on the ballot paper reasons for the immediate postponement of the process till tomorrow.
A leading aspirant (name witheld) for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency seat confirm the development, saying it will be injustice if the election continue, after detecting a default that a Candidate names was ommitted on the ballot sheet.
The name of the candidate was witheld from public to avoid uproar from supporters…
