The Honorable Member representing Ibadan North Constituency II, Hon Adebayo Babajide Gabriel has visited the scene of the ugly fire incident which occured earlier in the day to commiserate with traders who lost their goods to the incident.
You’ll recall that it was earlier reported that there was a fire outbreak in a section of the popular Bodija Market in Ibadan.
Hon. Jide who visited the scene with the council chairman, Hon. Sahib Oladayo Yusuf (Agba egbe) decried the ugly incident.
“It saddens my heart, when i heard about the ugly incident, it’s unfortunate that it happens at a time we should be celebrating” It’s an unavoidable circumstances, I believe everything happens for a reason, With my Chairman here, I want to assure you all that our government, Ably led by His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde will speedily ensure that succour return back to everyone affected by this incident”.
He equally assure the traders of swift government intervention to cushion their loss.
