The Chairman, Oyo East Local Government, Hon. Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi has lost his mother.
A statement made available by Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Chairman, Hon. Ibraheem Adeyemi Olojule confirmed the sad news.
“With gratitude to God but a heart full of sorrow, we announce the Death of Alhaja Sidikat Arowosaye, the biological mother of the Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, Hon. Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi.
“May Allah forgive mama, grant her Aljanah fridaous, accord the Chairman and the entire family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
“She will be buried tomorrow (Sunday) by 4pm according to Islamic rites at the chairman residence, at the back of chief Imam house”.
