The People’s Democratic Party In oyo stare ahead of the party’s primary would conduct delegates congress across all wards in the state today.
According the election time table released by the party, delegates congress was scheduled to hold on 2nd of march which is today.
This confirmation was made by the party Publicity Secretary, Engr Akeem Olatunji on Monday night through a statement released and sigbed by him.
The statement reads :
“ This is to inform our esteemed members that the delegates Congress scheduled for today 02/03/2021 is going ahead as planned from 8am this morning.
“ We should ensure harmony and brotherliness in the conduct of the Congress with strong emphasis laid on consensus arrangement to produce the 3 ad-hoc delegates across the 351 wards in Oyo State.
“ The party will frown at thuggery, violence and disorderliness while returning officers names to oversee the conduct of the Congress will be announced soonest.
