A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan Southeast local government, Hon Monsor Adeojo has congratulated his brothers, Hon Elias Adeojo and Hon Sheriff Adeojo on the feats achieved by the two sons of Alhaji Yekini Adeojo political family.
Elias on Thursday was appointed as the Executive Chairman of Oyo State Water Corporation.
Sheriff on Saturday was elected chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP at the primary election held at the council secretariat.
He described Elias’s appointment as a befitting development that is rooted in dedication, loyalty, and rich political history.
He noted Sheriff’s victory at the primary held on Saturday was clearly an indication of purpose, his acceptability and deserving of an applause.
Monsor prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to guide and protect the duo in their quests to make positive impacts in the lives of the masses in their respective positions.
He however commended Governor Seyi Makinde for reaffirming his belief in the youth constituency adding that others who yielded to the directive of the Governor on consensus candidates in 2022 primaries, especially at the House of Assembly level will be duly remembered and compensated at the appropriate time.
Recall that Monsor Adeojo who was the leading candidate in Ibadan Southeast Constituency 1 had to stepped down for the incumbent lawmaker as a result of party supremacy.
