The re-election campaign train of the executive chairman, HON. SEUN ADESOYE OJO (IDAN), gathered momentum as it traversed through various wards in Ogo-oluwa Local Government Area. The campaign rally, aimed at drumming up support for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chairmanship candidate, garnered enthusiastic backing from residents across communities.
Residents turned out in large numbers to express their support for Chairman Seun Adesoye Ojo, praising his exemplary performance during his first tenure. They lauded his achievements and pledged their unwavering support for his re-election bid, vowing to vote en masse to ensure his victory at the polls.
The campaign was steered by the Campaign Director-General, Hon. Gbenmiro John, alongside T.O.M Local Government Coordinator, Ayegboyin Hannah, who showed strong support for continuity in governance.
The rally made stops at various wards, including Ward 8 Odo-oba, Ward 10 Otamokun, Ward 5 Idewure, and Ward 7 Iwo-Ate. Present at the event were esteemed leaders such as Pa Gedion Oyeleye, the Local Government Party Chairman, and Baba Magaji. Also in attendance were Hon. Adekunle Onile, former council chairman, Hon. Adding to the momentum were notable leaders who recently defected from the opposition All Progressive Congress (APC), including Hon. Sola Oyelade, Baba Abakuku, Baba Ajo, Adeyemi Edu, Baba Oyegun, and the former ADP party chairman, whose presence further bolstered the campaign’s strength and unity.
