Fourteen persons have died in two road crashes in Osun and Oyo states.
Seven passengers died in the Osun incident, which happened at about 3.45am on Tuesday.

It was learnt that the 18-passenger bus was at top speed when it veered off the Ilesha/Osu Expressway, rammed into a roadside billboard and caught fire.
The travellers were coming from Zamfara.
Field Commandant of Osun Security Network, Amotekun, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, confirmed the crash.
“We were on patrol around 3:45am at Ilesha when the incident occurred. The vehicle was at top speed when it hit a billboard. Some passengers burnt beyond recognition. The Federal Road Safety Corps and the fire service joined us there.”
Sector Commander, FRSC, Paul Okpe said four of the dead “burnt beyond recognition.”
Also, seven persons died in the Ibadan, Oyo State crash, while 19 were injured.
The accident occurred yesterday in the Badeku area of Ibadan-Ife Expressway.
Sources said the truck carrying many labourers, was equally at top speed when another truck crossed the road.
An attempt by the driver of the labourer-loaded truck to avoid a collision caused it to somersault, flinging the passengers in different directions.
The Sector Commander, FRSC, Mrs Uche Chukwurah, confirmed the accident on the telephone, saying there were 26 labourers on board the truck, 19 of whom were injured, while seven died.
