The ambition of the lawmaker representing Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives suffered a huge blow on Thursday as party members, in a viral video, were seen booing and singing derogatory songs claiming that they do not want the lawmaker to run for another term in office.
In the video, the party members were seen praising Akin-Alabi’s opposition, Akinjide Kazeem Akinola adding that he would represent them as wanted and not spend their money on frivolities.
According to eyewitnesses, the lawmaker was stoned and chased out of the party Secretariat in Egbeda on Thursday while the crowd of party members were calling him “OLE! OLE!! OLE!!!” which means Thief! Thief!! Thief!!!.
